Memories of Germantown High

---I have fond memories of my days at Germantown. Some of the things that stand out are: ------· Attending Celebrity Assemblies, even when I wasn’t supposed to! ------· Participating in shows with my ballet class ------· Writing for the Cliveden Clipper ------· Walking down to Germantown & Chelten Avenues to catch the H-1 bus so we could get a seat ------· Doing my math homework on the bus ------· Our junior and senior class trips ---Certain teachers made a great impression and/or influenced my later life. Ms. Hershfeld was very supportive and wrote to me from her summer vacation in France. Mr. Henry Wagner encouraged my post high school education. Mr. Primiano was another favorite and my boss when I worked with him and several other students organizing the summer school program. Our class was always trying to get Mr. Kline and Ms. Glassberg together, since they were both single. ---Sometimes it seems that all this was so long ago. Yet I remember it all very clearly.
