Memories of GHS>
---I was a normal teenager who enjoyed going to school . I forget the health teachers name who I thought I would never forget because I had trouble in health class and she had difficulity with me. ---Other then that I enjoyed my friends and have nothing but good memories of Germantown High. I wish I could attend the reunion, however I cannot. Enjoy! |
Life After GHS>
---All of my children reside in Georgia, that was the reason for the move. I have five grandchildren at this time. I was president of the Newcomers club in Cumming Ga. and Postscript. I enjoy playing Bunco and making gourmet dinners. I love living in Georgia. If anyone would like to email me, I can be reached at jjmcginley@msncom.
---I wish that we could attend the reunion, however we are going to Pa in September for my Husband's 70th birthday.
Special Thanks to Lois Addison for Scanning Yearbook Photos &
---The end of June 1957 I worked in an office in Center City Philadelphia in an accounting department. I got married in 1960 to James McGinley and purchased a home in Mayfield Philadelphia by Penny Pack Park. My husband Jim is an engineer. We moved to Buckingham Pa in 1976. I have four children 3 boys and 1 girl. My one son graduated from Penn State we a degree in engineering, my daughter graduated from Lockhaven University and my other son from Georgia Southern University. I worked at Buckingham elementary school as a teachers aide and assisted in the office. We then moved again to Phoenix Maryland for my husbands business. We lived there for 5 years and then moved to Georgia.
